Professional Affiliations
Lino is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Illinois Association of Realtors®, the Chicago Association of Realtors®, and the International Real Estate Federation (known by the French acronym FIABCI).
He's earned a number of important industry designations, including:
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - Designated by the Council of Residential Specialists, CRS is the symbol of excellence awarded to Council members who prove they have the experience, training, and commitment to be among the best in their profession. Only about 5% of Realtors® earn this designation. -
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) - The CIPS network is a specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of Realtors®. The designation ensures consumers they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate. Only about 1,050 Realtors® in the U.S. have earned this designation, which is recognized in more than 40 countries.

Previews Luxury Property Specialist - This designation is given to Realtors® who complete extensive training in the upper-bracket real estate market both in Chicago and abroad.
Professional Recognition
Since entering the real estate business in 1987, Lino has received numerous sales awards and customer service commendations.
Unique Homes magazine named Lino a member of the ELITE 2005, a prestigious group comprised of top real estate professionals from around the world who specialize in the marketing and selling of exceptional properties. He's also a member of Coldwell Banker's prestigious "President's Elite" for outstanding sales. In 1999, the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce named him "Business Person of the Year" for his volunteer efforts. He is listed in three volumes of Who´s Who: United States, World and Finance & Business.
Lino also takes great pride in being selected member of The Grievance Committee for Chicago Association of Realtors®, the professional group that deals with industry ethics and arbitration.
