Each year for the past 10 years, I've sold more than $12 million worth of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, co-ops, and two- to four-unit apartment buildings. And I honestly get as much pleasure from selling a $100,000 studio apartment as I do from selling a million-dollar home. I enjoy working with people and helping them make good decisions, and that holds true no matter how many zeros there are in a transaction.
